Lorenzo Williams
Founder, Managing Partner
Lorenzo is a seasoned entrepreneur and an accomplished business executive highly regarded for his authentic, inspirational leadership style and his achievements leading strategic growth, and business transformation that take companies to the next level in growth and profitability. Prior to founding EnViron Renewable Energy, he was an international distributor of electric wire and power cable company and has held corporate leadership roles in logistics with Domino’s Pizza Distribution Corp, Weyerhaeuser Corporation, and the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering.
Dr. Mohd Hasan Ali
Dr. Mohd Hasan Ali is a Professor with the University of Memphis, where he leads the Electric Power and Energy Systems (EPES) Laboratory at the University. His expertise is in advanced power systems, smart-grid and micro-grid systems, cyber security, electric vehicle charging systems and stations, renewable energy systems, energy storage systems, and load forecasting in smart buildings. Dr. Ali is currently developing training materials for EnViron as part of a collaborative renewable energy related project between the University of Memphis and EnViron Renewable Energy.
John McKissack

Chief Operating Officer
John has over 25 years’ experience in process and HVAC systems and applications for commercial buildings. He is steeped in commercial light control systems. He has served in executive level position with Johnson Controls, Thomas and Betts, and NorTek Global HVAC.
Clifford M. DeBerry Jr.

Construction & Design
Cliff has over 36 years of experience. He serves as the VP of design, construction, and delivery of electric, gas, and water with Memphis Light, Gas & Water, the nation’s largest three-service utility provider serving over 440,000 customers with electric, gas, and water services.

Manzoor Hasan
Chief Financial Officer
Manzoor has more than 25 years of all-around accounting, taxation, and financial management experience and extensive knowledge of tax law, insurance, real estate development, and strategic business planning. Manzoor, a CPA, holds an MBA, MST, CVA, CGMA, and CFE degrees and certifications.
Vernon Williams
Chief Architect
Vernon represents over 30 years of experience in the built environment. He is an award-winning architect whose designs can be seen all over Chicago's skyline. Vernon is the CEO of Vernon Williams Architects in Phoenix, AZ.
Andrew Hartsfield
Legal Counsel
Andrew has over 20 years of law experience and maintains a general law practice with an emphasis on real estate and general litigation and several areas of the law that allows for creative solutions to legal problems.

Paul McKee
Civil Engineer
Paul McKee, CEO, M Property Services, a Commercial/Residential Real Estate Development company, is the largest commercial real estate developer in Missouri with developments of more than 3,600 acres of sites and over 250 facilities totaling more than $2 Billion in market value. Paul is a personal friend and mentor to the founder.
Vada Grantham
Entrepreneur
Vada Grantham, a serial entrepreneur with 35 years experience across several industries. He is CEO of Revelations Research, a full-service research firm in Des Moines, IA and CEO of Abidica, a consulting firm in West Africa (Ivory Coast), with a focus in real estate development and mining. Vada is also a professor at Des Moines Area Community College where he teaches business.
Willeen Hastings
Former CEO
Willeen is the former CEO of Memphis Health Centers has more than 35 years of experience as a healthcare professional and administrator. She is a Registered Nurse, having received a BS degree from the University of Memphis and a Masters of Science and Health Services administration from the University of St. Frances.
